The management and quality assurance is a conscious choice of VIOKAR aiming at the customer satisfaction and added value to its products. Based on the adoption of a different management model that operates versatile and puts on a new basis the relations between management and personnel. The efficiency of this approach is supported by the existence of skilled personnel, who consciously contributes to the implementation of common objectives, and by the assistance of technology, so that products meet the requirements of European and international standards (EN, IEC) and produced in accordance with quality management system ISO 9001, for which we have been certified by RINA since 2001.

ISO 9001 is based on the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, according to which an organization operates and follows the methodology «Plan – Do – Check - Act».
